Both James Palmer Jr.’s and Glynn Watson Jr.’s college career isn’t over quite yet, as they’ve both earned spots at a pair of Final Four events this weekend.

According to an NU press release, Palmer will be the fifth Husker to play in the Reese’s College All-Star Game. This past season, Palmer averaged 19.7 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 3 assists per game. He was a third team All-Big Ten selection and a first team All-District pick by the USBWA.

In the final game of the season against TCU in the second round of the NIT, Palmer passed up Dave Hoppen’s team record for most points scored in a single season, passing up Hoppen’s mark of 704 points that he set in the 1984-85 season with a new record of 708 points.

The All-Star game will be held this Friday, April 5th, at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis as a part of the Final Four. Tip-off is at 3:30. The game will air on CBS Sports Network.

Watson, a four year starter at Nebraska, will play at the Dos Equis 3X3U Championship, representing the Big 10. He’ll team up with Juwan Morgan of Indiana, Ethan Happ of Wisconsin, and Jordan Murphy of Minnesota for a $150,000 top prize.

The Dos Equis 3X3U Championship will take place April 5th-7th in Minneapolis. The semifinal, consolation, and championship games will air on ESPN2. The first 24 “pool play” games will be streamed live on Twitter.
