HUSKERS SPRING INTO ACTION THIS FALL IN TEXAS!

The Nebraska Women’s Tennis team is set to commence its fall season in the picturesque city of Waco, Texas, participating in the Baylor H-E-B Invite from September 29th to October 1st. Representing the Huskers will be graduate Maja Pietrowicz, senior Anfisa Danilchenko, juniors Lucy Loy, Jillian Roa, and Ana Zamburek, along with freshman Maria Taranova.

Notably, the squad will be without seniors Isa Adrover Gallego and Raphëalle Lacasse, as they’ll be showcasing their talents at the ITA All-American in Cary, N.C., starting October 2nd.

Kicking off the 2023-24 season, the Huskers aim to build on the momentum from their impressive 16-10 record last season. Under the fresh leadership of Head Coach German Delmagro and Assistant Coach Maddie Kobelt, NU has high hopes for a prosperous season.

Returning stars include Adrover Gallego, Danilchenko, Lacasse, Loy, Roa, and Zamburek, and the team is bolstered by the addition of Pietrowicz and Taranova for the 2023-24 roster.
