Will Marshall gives Nebraska another experienced returning golfer to watch. The senior from Elburn, Ill., posted a strong 73.27 stroke average over 15 rounds last season. He fired a career-best 212 (-4) to earn his first career top-25 finish at the Quail Valley Collegiate in Vero Beach, Fla. Overall, Marshall has competed in 33 rounds in his first three seasons as a Husker and owns a 75.33 career stroke average. He is also a two-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree.

Head Coach Judd Cornell and the Huskers open their 2022-23 campaign at the Badger Invitational at University Ridge Golf Course in Madison, Wis., Sept. 11-13. It is the first of four fall events for the Big Red, joining the William H. Tucker Invitational (UNM Championship GC, Albuquerque, N.M., Sept. 23-24), the Purdue Fall Invitational (Kampen Course, West Lafayette, Ind., Oct. 10-11) and the White Sands Bahamas Invitational (Ocean Club, Paradise Island, Bahamas, Oct. 28-30).
