Nebraska gymnast Kinsey Davis was named All-Big Ten First Team, announced by the conference on Tuesday, March 15. The sophomore was named to the first team while also earning the Sportsmanship Award for the 2022 season.

Davis, a sophomore from Huntersville, N.C., has posted a score of 9.875 or better in three events this season: vault, uneven bars and balance beam. Davis has led the Huskers on uneven bars throughout the year, posting a career-high 9.975 on the event, the second-highest score in Nebraska history. Davis has claimed three uneven bars titles this season while adding two beam titles and a vault title.

A three-time Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll selection and member of the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team, Davis has been recognized for her sportsmanship and leadership in the gym, academic standing and good citizenship in the community with the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award.
