Nebrasketball: Huskers Pick Up Two Commits in Two Days

They’re both guards but should be major pieces to Nebrasketball’s future

While the football teams withered away in Ann Arbor this weekend the men’s basketball squad picked up two recruits in under two days. On Saturday Mika Adams-Woods pledged his commitment to the 2019 class and on Sunday Jervay Green did the same.

Mika Adams-Woods is a 6’2” combo guard from Syracuse, NY. He is a three star recruit with offers from the likes of George Mason, George Washington, and Georgia Tech. Mika averaged 9.2 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game his junior year.

Dreams Do Come True! Thank you to all the coaches that have recruited me throughout this process, family, and teammates who stuck by my side through the ups and downs. I am happy to announce that I have committed to the University of Nebraska#GBR #HuskerNation ⚪️ pic.twitter.com/TxXoFFer0q
