Frosted Flakes: Husker football finally happened and favorite Halloween Costumes.

It happened. We got to see a Husker football game in 2020.

Leading up to Saturday, I wasn’t really sure what to think. I don’t ever remember being this unsure about how a team would be.

I have to say I was pleased with what I saw. I think there were a lot of good things happening on Saturday. Obviously sticking with Ohio State for almost the entire first half was awesome.

I’m excited to see what the Huskers do against Wisconsin on Saturday. What’s better than a Halloween win?

Speaking of Halloween, I was thinking of my favorite Halloween costumes. My Freshman year of college I was on Oompa Loompa, that was a good costume, but the orange paint was kind of annoying.

My friend and I also went as salt and pepper one year too. Not Salt N Pepa, but the spices. That was fun.

My favorite costume of my oldest son is when he was one and we dressed him up as Dennis the Menace. He fit the part perfectly. My favorite of my youngest son is when he was two and decided that he wanted to be a cookie. His daycare provider’s husband made him a costume and he took a bite out of it when he tried it on. It was awesome.

What are some of your favorite costumes?

On to the flakes.
