#ProBigRed: Huskers in the NFL – Week 11

Alex Lewis (Jets) highlighted the Huskers in the NFL offensively in Week 11. Lewis started at left guard and played every offensive snap for the Jets.

Defensively, Lavonte David (Buccaneers) was the top Blackshirt over the weekend.  David started at inside linebacker and recorded nine tackles, including three tackles for loss.

On special teams, Sam Koch led the way, punting three times for a 42-yard average for the Baltimore Ravens. His longest punt of the day was 46 yards and one of his punts were downed inside the Tennessee 20-yard line.

RB Rex Burkhead: Caught 2 passes for 5 yards and rushed 4 times for 7 yards, before exiting the game in the third quarter with a knee injury.

OL Alex Lewis: Started at left guard and played the entire game, helping the Jets rush for 96 yards and pass for an additional 205 yards.

CB Lamar Jackson: Started at cornerback and made 4 total tackles, playing 81 total snaps on defense and helping with an additional 12 on special teams.

DL Maliek Collins: Started at defensive tackle and played 54 defensive snaps. Also saw action on 5 special teams snaps.

CB Joshua Kalu: Played 18 defensive snaps and recorded 4 total tackles. Also saw action on 20 additional special teams snaps.

LB Will Compton: Played 33 defensive snaps and helped lead the way with 6 total tackles. Also saw action on an additional 16 special teams snaps.
