New Husker watch party “N” Oviedo, FL

I need some advice on how to start a watch party / husker game day bar in northeast Orlando. I’m surrounded by Florida, FSU, Miami, UCF fans, and it sickens me that I have to watch my game at home by myself, and not share our Red Glory with the rest of the world. I am 4 miles from Ucf, and the people here are still smarting about Scott Frost, laughing at our beloved UNL gridiron team. I’m interviewing several bars in the area, but I don’t know exactly what questions to ask them:
Saved seating, beer specials, food specials, what we can bring, what they will post or hang. I would love some advice, but I don’t wanna make this too complicated with a formal RFP or something. I’ve got several bars that are fully equipped but the one I’m looking at is a little less popular but has great food and cheap beer and plenty of parking plus an indoor/outdoor area. I also like the Irish31 bar too but sorta expensive, small, and Ucf people take over the place on game day.
I want to watch our Cornhuskers, meet like-minded folks, and spread the GBR virus in Brolando.
