Nebraska vs Minnesota: THE BATTLE FOR THE CHAIR GAME THREAD!

It’s game day once again. Today our beloved Huskers battle the rodents of Minnesota. We play for a rivalry trophy, the $5 Bits Of Broken Chair.

Honestly, I can’t think of a more buzzless game against an important opponent than the one we’re about to watch today.

There is only one key to this game for a Nebraska victory and that is to stop Minnesota running back Muhammad Ibrahim. The Gopher defense may be particularly horrible but Nebraska ask to keep Minnesota’s offense off the field by stopping their running game.

Tanner Morgan is going to throw plenty of slant passes because that’s what they do. If it’s 3rd and whatever, they’re throwing a slant. Nebraska did a good job a shutting down Purdue receivers David Bell and Rondale Moore last week. Today they need to shut down Chris Autman-Bell.

Defense will be the key to winning this game and winning it easily.

In August, 2015, I suffered a widowmaker heart attack and died for 20 minutes. I wasn’t supposed to live, and if I did, I wasn’t supposed to be me anymore because of oxygen deprivation to my brain.

I’m still here. Mostly. I have gotten most of my life back. What I went through is in this book. If you’re someone who would like a true story of resilience, you’ll enjoy my book.

It is available on Amazon right now. The ebook is $3.99 for a limited time.
