The more we tried to analyze these seedings, the harder it got to figure out

Here is it! The second installment of “ultimate” players in Nebraska football history. A big THANK YOU to BrewCityHSKR for setting this one up too!

Full disclaimer: This time, we futzed with Brew’s seedings a little bit. I think the CN staff gave a bit more deference to QBs on high-achieving teams, therefore Tagge and Frost went up a spot or three and Steve Taylor from 13 to 9. TMart, Ganz and Armstrong went down a spot or two (perhaps should have gone down more?) One that we [probably] didn’t mess with enough was Dave Humm at 14 (originally 15). A two-time All-American who finished fifth in Heisman balloting doesn’t seem like he should be a 14 seed, but can you imagine how modern Husker fans would lose their collective minds over a QB who threw 14 interceptions every season?!?
