Nebraska Football Season Opener Cancelled

Severe weather brought Husker fans’ hopes of witnessing the start of the Scott Frost era to an end. The game was scheduled for a seven o’ clock kick, however ultimately the decision was made by Nebraska officials to cancel the game a little before ten P.M.

 

Husker public address announcer Nate Rohr notified the media and remaining fans that further information on the game would be distributed at a later date. Whether the game will be made up or not is still uncertain.
