Kennedy Polamalu

With Nebraska having filled every position besides RB coach, it’s pretty likely they’ve been waiting on someone that was coaching in the NFL. After Mike Zimmer was fired by the Vikings, their RB coach Kennedy Polamalu should be available now. I think he’d be a great choice for a variety of reasons:

-Extensive experience as a RB coach both at the CFB and NFL level. Has also served as an offensive coordinator for USC and UCLA

-Has spent a lot of time on the West Coach including being a former alumni of one of the best high school football programs in the country

-Has also served as a special teams coordinator in the past so he could help Busch out if say he’s out recruiting or one of the defensive groups needs extra help

-Grand Uncle of Noa Pola-Gates and could help with recruiting Polynesian players now that Tuioti left for Oregon
