I know this is an old take, but I think the only way to be successful is to have a better power run game.

We’re simply not getting the speed and talent that alabama/ohio/clemson have. We have to beat teams with power to rebuild the program. It may require us to speed up the game so the scores are lower, but I simply see no other way to succeed without getting elite recruiting classes. i’m not saying we need to go full 90s and run 80% of the time, but we need more power running game to open up the passing. it’s also much easier to recruit elite running backs than it is elite receivers.
