Chris Brooks Jr, 2022 Wide Receiver

You may remember former Huskers wide receiver Chris Brooks who played at Nebraska from 2006-2009. Well, his son, Chris Jr., is a junior in high school from St. Louis, Mo. He does not have a rating or ranking yet, but Rivals and 247 both list Nebraska as teams he’s interested in.

Here’s his highlights from his first two games of the year:

He actually missed all of his sophomore with a leg injury, which delayed his progress, and now has had to deal with a COVID-affected junior season. Bottom line, his film is pretty limited. Next year, I could see him take off and get more recognition. As a legacy and St. Louis kid (where I am from), I’ve been following him lately and would absolutely love to see him come here.
