Big Red Cobcast Ep. 329: Hugging It Out With Ohio State

Corn Nation and Land-Grant Holy Land unite for a Nebraska-Ohio State lovefest to talk about the new schedule and linking up on Oct. 24.

Husker fans, we have football. And not only do we have football, we have a new friend in the Big Ten. It seems we also have about a dozen new enemies, but let’s focus on that friend for a minute.

Ohio State is now our brother. Currently, they are the big brother. Here’s hoping they’re not the kind of big brother who knocks snot bubbles out of us in week 1, but they feel like family right now. Just like is the standard family tradition in Nebraska, we and our brother, Ohio State, will all be sitting down and watching the same game in a month.

So, before all that happens and one fanbase inevitably gets pissed off at the result (Ohio State, duh), we decided to bring in a member of the new family, Matt Tamanini. Matt’s an Ohio State writer for our sister site Land-Grant Holy Land. Matt was fun, informative, opinionated, knowledgeable (he used to work in the B1G office), supportive of Frost (he lives in Orlando), and he had a really cool hat. And I love hats.
