BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — Nebraska shook from its offensive struggles with a 72-yard touchdown pass from Tommy Armstrong to Stanley Morgan in the fourth quarter Saturday, and then held on for a 27-22 win over Indiana to protect its unbeaten record.

After once leading 17-0, the Huskers had gone nine straight scoreless possessions before taking over with 12:12 left and holding a 17-15 advantage.

Facing third-and-9 from the 28, Armstrong rolled to his left and found Morgan down the field with three Hoosiers in the vicinity. Helped by two defenders colliding, Morgan went the final 45 yards untouched to complete the 72-yard play at the 9:57 mark.
