Wide Receiver Demariyon Houston Joins Nebraska’s 2019 Class

Demariyon Houston, a wide receiver from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, announced Wednesday morning that he would be joining Nebraska’s 2019 class. The six foot, 165 pound prospect from Millwood High School is rated four stars on 247sports.com.

He’s now the 26th member of Nebraska’s 2019 recruiting class. Houston was a big get for head coach Scott Frost and his coaching staff, especially after they missed out on landing Charles Njoku’s signature, as the big 6-foot-5 wideout made the decision to join Chip Kelly and the UCLA Bruins instead.

According to the Omaha World-Herald, there are a few other targets who may wind up signing with the Huskers, like Eugene Asante (brother of former Husker safety Larry Asante), however it is more likely than not that Houston will be the lone signature of the day for NU.
