What if Frost goes, but coaching staff stays with Chinander taking the helm?

Today seems like a day of what if’s & earlier today a caller on Benning’s show mentioned Chinander taking over the program if Frost is ousted(permanent instead of interim). The more I thought about it, the more it makes sense. The defense has definitely shown development & improvement year over year, & the star players come back even when they better opportunities unlike the offense. I think instead of blowing the whole thing up, just build upon what was started with a new leader at the top.
