The sub has been understandably slower the past few days with portal transfers and commitments news, due to the holidays. Starting today, there is exactly 3 weeks left of this first portal window before it closes, until opening back up on May 1st. Who are some players in the portal, realistic chance or not, that you’d like to see end up in scarlet and cream?
I’m still very optimistic about Malik Hornsby, as the rumor mill is still pointing him in our direction. As a random (perhaps not *too* random) portal athlete, I’d be stoked to see land here is former Syracuse safety [Ja’Had Carter](https://247sports.com/Player/Ja-Had-Carter-46042794/). Maybe Tony White could work his magic in persuading him into Lincoln. Doesn’t appear like we’re highly lacking in options for the secondary, but switching over to a 3-3-5 would allow him more opportunity for versatility within that scheme.
Any other players you guys think we could use that could be convinced N?
