Thoughts about the refs & Big Ten after last night

I’ve been thinking about the game last night and what felt like a con job against us by a pretty poor officiating crew. The passionate fan side of me feels like we screwed. The rational side of me knows that we probably benefitted from some poor officiating. Hell, Harbaugh thinks we did.

Regardless of how it went, I think it’s going to be ok. Here is why: Trev. I fully believe that if there is/was an issue with officiating that Trev will do something that will correct it. In the past we’d send our complaints w/ video and maybe get an acknowledgment, but it never changed. I don’t think that happens anymore.

I didn’t know what to think about hiring him as AD until now. He’s the right guy. He will make the Big Ten get it right, just like he demands the right work from the players and coaches. He’s the right guy for the right time.
