The Scott Frost Announcement Soundtrack

BAH GAWD! THAT’S SCOTT FROST MUSIC!

As every other job (except Tennessee, who’s currently enduring their own Steve Pederson moment) fills in college football, there’s one job that still isn’t officially filled. And everyone agrees it’s not a question of “who” but rather “when”; the “who” is almost assuredly Central Florida head coach Scott Frost.

When? We know it won’t be until at least Saturday afternoon after the American’s conference championship game against Memphis is over in Orlando. So how does the announcement happen?

Most of the time, the announcement comes together quickly, leaving the school’s media time barely enough time to put together a quick graphic with a photo. This week gives Nebraska plenty of time to put something bigger in place; I mean, there’s plenty of Scott Frost highlights from twenty years ago to utilize.
