Talented WR Isaiah Mozee has flipped to Nebraska from Oregon

Isaiah Mozee (6-1 185) wide receiver out of Lees Summit, MO has flipped his recruitment from Oregon to the Huskers. This has mostly been predicted with the new Nebraska staff addition of his father, Jamar Mozee as a senior football assistant helping out the wide receivers.

Oregon has traditionally recruited skill players better than most programs and watching his film you understand why. He is a balanced, silky runner who breaks tackles with ease which is why he is often lined up as running back. Mozee has a frame that looks ready for the college game but some time to catch up on the intricacies of learning wide receiver play at the next level will benefit him hugely. Nebraska has too often thrown in young receivers in the cauldron out of necessity because of depth issues and learning on the fly in the Big Ten can be brutal.

I expect him to be a valued piece in the impressive recruiting class to bolster a wide receiver room that is fast becoming a strength of the team. He is also from the Kansas City area which has been a recruiting black hole for the Huskers for years. One hopes this will help steer the ship in a large population area very close to the Huskers.
