Stadium Dr. Rumblings: Nebraska Commits At The Opening, Walk-On Class Starts To Grow

Some big Husker commits & targets are in Oregon for the big time camp.

Few notes from this moment in Nebraska recruiting:

– We’re at the Summer dead period, which started June 26th and goes through July 9th. So, you’re not going to see a whole lot of discussion about offers going out and such right now until after the dead period ends. I would bet that Nebraska gets some more unofficials into Lincoln. Christian Tutt is a kid who I would put on commit watch after the dead period ends. He spoke of wanting to come back to Lincoln in July with his family. It did sound like that if all went good there, Nebraska was going to get his commitment.

Nebraska would have to work to get some visits in that time, considering that the dead period would again start up on August 1st. Coaches can have written communication with recruits during the dead period, but face to face is not allowed, even on campus.
