In yesterday’s Husker Online podcast at around the 15:30 timestamp, Sipple makes a remark about Copper getting himself fired, but then backtracks to say Copper resigned. But I’d say, IMO, by his tone when he said it, he believes the former while the latter is just the ‘official’ story. Anyone know the scoop? I live away from the state so don’t get to engage in fence/bar talk much about the Huskers.
