Run the Option/Be more Physical/Stop playing modern football

I’m moving to Nebraska from the West Coast where I played D-1 football 17 years ago. I am joining your culture and am disturbed at the way the team is playing this year. I want Nebraska football to be what it was in the 90’s and I always liked the Huskers. What I liked was they just pounded teams physically and their lineman were the best in the country. You need those guys back, need to recruit this way, and those high schoolers need to stay in State. Social media has changed the way high schoolers look at programs for sure.

No more Iowa, Iowa State, SEC or ACC teams. The big boys that grew up detassling corn 🌽 and physically manhandling the other team on the line need to go to Nebraska. Have a running QB that runs a 4.4-4.5 forty yard dash, and a defense that is equally physical and punishing. There is nothing more demoralizing to another team then having massive lineman that can run up your ass even though you know it’s coming. Frost needs to recruit these types of players, leave the modern stuff behind, and create a culture that establishes toughness. Play up the image of Nebraskans; Tough, hard-working people. That’s why I moved here…..to get away from the people I don’t identify with but the college team needs to embody its State’s culture. Leave the fufu football play to Oregon.
