Redshirt Recap: Hardy Wins At MVC Open

Marshall, Mo. – Five Nebraska wrestlers competed at the MVC Open on Saturday with Brock Hardy claiming the title in his respective weight division.

Hardy (141), a freshman from Brigham City, Utah, used two pins, two tech. falls and a major decision victory to collect an individual title for the Big Red. Fellow freshman Blake Cushing (141), Quinton Chavez (125), Joshua Licking (157) and Nathan Haas (184) also competed in Marshall, with Cushing finishing 3rd and Chavez placing 5th.
