Red. Red. Always red.

I love going to games for all the sights and sounds, and the Sea of Red is iconic.

To mix things up, I see other stadiums do whiteouts/blackouts or even the stripes alternating by section. Especially for big games.

The stadium has done them in the past, but who decides the "when" and "how often?"
Where do we, as attending fans, confirm the plan?
