The Huskers were represented in the Super Bowl for the 28th time in the last 30 years in last night’s Super Bowl LVI.

Head coach Zac Taylor and wide receiver Stanley Morgan Jr. made their first Super Bowl appearance with the AFC Champion Cincinnati Bengals.

Hired as the 23rd-youngest head coach in NFL history, Taylor became the fifth-youngest head coach to appear in the Super Bowl. In just his third season at the helm, Taylor led the Bengals to the division title in the AFC North and posted playoff victories over the Raiders, Titans and Chiefs.

Active for the first time since Week 18, Stanley Morgan Jr. appeared in 10 snaps on special teams for Cincinnati.
