#ProBigRed: Huskers in the NFL – Divisional Playoffs Round

Former Blackshirts and current teammates Lavonte David and Ndamukong Suh (Bucs) highlighted the Divisional Playoffs Weekend of Huskers in the NFL. David started at inside linebacker, playing the entire game and notching seven total tackles, with Suh adding another three.

A complete list of statistics from former Huskers in the NFL Playoffs is below. Four former Huskers competed in the NFL Playoffs which began this past weekend, including: Sam Koch (Ravens), Andy Janovich (Browns) and David, Suh and Khalil Davis (Bucs).


HUSKERS IN THE AFC



AFC NORTH

Baltimore Ravens (L, 17-3 at Buffalo) 

P Sam Koch: Punted four times, averaging 40 yards per punt. Included a long of 55 yards and one downed inside the Buffalo 20 yard line.

    Cleveland Browns (L, 22-17 at Kansas City)

FB Andy Janovich: Saw action on 14 total snaps, including 10 on special teams.


 

HUSKERS IN THE NFC



NFC SOUTH

    Tampa Bay Buccaneers (W, 30-20 at New Orleans)

LB Lavonte David: Started at inside linebacker and played the entire game. David helped lead all Buccaneers with seven total tackles.

DL Khalil Davis: Saw action on 2 total snaps.

 

DT Ndamukong Suh: Started on the defensive line and played 47 snaps, totaling three tackles.
