Pro Big Red: Huskers in the NFL Week 3

All the Husker action from the NFL

Hopefully I can stop saying this for multiple reasons, but I would love to get these articles out on Wednesdays. Senior year in college is like Michigan and I’m basically last weeks Nebraska team. One of my professors asks us almost every week to rate our level of stress on a scale from 1-10 and right now my stress is probably around a 9. Not that anybody cares, but that is how my crazy life is going right now and that’s why these articles are going up on Thursdays. So again I apologize, but I hope you guys understand.

Offense

Rex Burkhead RB – New England Patriots: Burkhead didn’t have a carry or reception in the Patriots game against the Lions. To be honest I’m completely shocked that the Patriots got killed in this game. I wasn’t able to watch any of it so I don’t know if Burkhead was in the game much in the first half, but he sustained a neck injury in the second half. Today the Patriots placed Burkhead on IR. The Patriots will take on the Dolphins without Burkhead on Sunday at noon.
