Practice philosophy

During ScoFro’s first year I remember reading something about their practice philosophy. I can’t remember it exactly but the gist was that Frost’s philosophy is that they’re going so ‘fast’ in practice that they don’t have time to correct mistakes. At the time it seemed to mesh with their ‘no fear of failure’ mantra. In hindsight in year 3 with our biggest issue being inconsistent and mistake-filled football, it would seem that we need to revisit this philosophy towards teaching and coaching.
