Point the Thumb

At what point does Husker football nation pin most of our struggles on Frost? I understand Wandale has a perfectly legitimate reason for transferring, and I respect it. But if you only have one solid player at skill positions, you’re asking for trouble (injuries or transfers could happen any time). The camel’s back is nearly broken.

His ego and stubbornness are clearly affecting his coaching ability. He goes 4-8, 5-7, and 3-5. And we are just gonna keep pounding a square peg into a round hole? Make some wholesale changes. Fire a staff member. Fire two or three of them. Look in the mirror and reflect about what you might be doing wrong.

You haven’t established an offense in three years. You still don’t have a QB that can take care of the ball. You still don’t have ANY good players at skill positions. When you do get 1 or 2, they leave.

On top of all that, he continues to seem stunned when we lose games or when we play like crap. “We had a great week of practice. I just don’t know what happened.” Well clearly you need to CHANGE SOMETHING!

You aren’t going to win more than 4-5 games running your offense through Martinez, Mills (if he comes back), and some FCS transfer WR.
