No Bowl Game? Is this a problem within the program or just another thing to blame on Covid?

I’m a die hard cornborn Husker fan. I think that everyone born in Nebraska is the same way. We have nothing else but the love of college sports. That is why lately I’ve been going back to the decision not to play in a Bowl game. I wanted to get everyones opinion about why they think this happened. Is it a culture problem within the program that the majority of the players voted to go home instead of playing or is it the simple fact that the crazy year of covid and isolation drained everything out of the players and they couldn’t take anymore?

Thanks and GBR!!!
