New Fan Saying Hi

Hey everyone! I'm a Canadian who's been a die-hard NFL fan for the last 25 years. My team has been the Rams ever since their Super Bowl win in '00. Lately, I've been trying to get into college football and have a somewhat funny story about how I ended up becoming a Cornhusker fan.

I've been playing World of Warcraft since about 2008, and a while after starting, I got a random invite to join a guild called The Cornhuskers. At the time, I was still pretty new to the game and just accepted the invite. It wasn’t until about two years later that I finally asked in the chat, "What the hell is a Cornhusker anyways?" and got a good laugh from everyone. They then told me it was a college football team.

Fast forward to today. The new college football game came out, and I felt I needed a team to follow. After playing through a bunch of exhibition games with multiple different teams, I felt this calling to the Cornhuskers. They're the only team I had somewhat of a background with. So now I’m about to win a national championship (fingers crossed, only in round 1 of playoffs at the moment) with them in the game and I’m excited to follow their season this year. Stoked to watch Raiola play. Malachi Coleman has been killing it in my season, so I'm also excited to see how he performs for real.
