Nebrasketball: Oklahoma State & Clemson in the Huskers Future

Two key games arise for the upcoming season

Many of you probably thought that the Nebrasketball news would be over for a little bit with the announcement of James Palmer Jr. and Issac Copeland Jr. returning to the team for the 2018-19 season. You were wrong.

First things first, it looks like Nebraska is working on playing Oklahoma State this upcoming season at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Coach Tim Miles confirmed that the team would play in Sioux Falls but did not state who while being interviewed on the Husker Sports Network on Thursday.

Oklahoma State is coached by Mike Boyton who is heading into his second season with the Cowboys. In his first year he lead them to a 21-15 record and the NIT quarterfinals. The Huskers last played them in 2011 where Oklahoma State beat Nebraska 53-52 in the Big 12 Tournament.
