Nebrasketball: 2021 Early Signing Period


Can you believe it is already the early signing period for the Nebraska Cornhuskers men’s basketball team?! Well, it is in fact! So be sure to follow along as we give you all the updates along the way .

This class is especially intriguing as it may have Nebraska’s highest ever rated recruit signing a letter this Friday. Regardless, the Huskers have put together a talented 2021 list of verbal commits thus far that offer a lot of hope for fans moving forward into the Hoiberg era in Lincoln.

The early signing period runs from Nov. 11 until Nov. 18. As of the end of the opening day, Nebraska’s two signees thus far rank the class 10th in the Big Ten and 57th nationally.

It is important to remember that basketball class rankings can fluctuate heavily based on class size. Numbers signed may inflate one school’s class far more than in football, despite another school having fewer signees that are higher rated simply because of the smaller size of classes.
