Nebraska should reschedule the November 13th game vs. Southeastern Louisiana.

I said this on another thread as well as on Twitter, but I’d like to hear some other thoughts.

Teams don’t generally play on week 1 after playing week 0, but if the administration wanted another early home game for fans and local businesses, and Frosty wanted it for recruiting and momentum…moving the SELA game from November to September makes the most sense.

Southeastern is scheduled to play North Alabama that week, I don’t think it would be extremely hard to get them to reevaluate, seeing as a team full of kids from the Deep South probably don’t love the idea of playing in Nebraska in November.

Or if we have to, just schedule a new team entirely. Slighting a FCS team would get a hell of a lot less bad publicity than fucking Oklahoma.

It would also give us a bye week after playing Ohio State, and before playing Wisconsin and Iowa.
