Northern Iowa vs. Nebraska

5:05 p.m. Starting Nebraska right guard Micah Mazzccua has been listed as “out” for tonight’s game. The Big Ten’s availability report did not disclose a reason why Mazzccua was out, although coach Matt Rhule had not mentioned Mazzccua having any injuries.

Blye Hill and Javin Wright are the other Huskers listed as out, unsurprisingly. Jimari Butler is questionable.

3:05 p.m. Big Ten teams go 2-1 in the 11 a.m. slate of games, the lone loss being Wisconsin’s blowout defeat to Alabama, 42-10. Michigan beat Arkansas State 28-18, and Illinois cleaned up Central Michigan, 30-9.

12:38 p.m. Nebraska gets some love on ESPN’s “College GameDay” from Kirk Herbstreit. On NU’s win vs. Colorado, he says: “It wasn’t that they beat Colorado. They smashed them.”
