When forced to punt by the Bulldogs, the Huskers lined up in punt formation but without a punter, taking a delay of game penalty, which was declined by Fresno State.

Prior to his career at Nebraska, Foltz was a standout at Grand Island high School where he played wide receiver, defensive back, and of course punted.
