Just finished up my NCAA 2002 season barely undefeated. I won most games comfortably, but was fighting for my life almost losing to K-State and OU in the B12 title game. Importantly, I did get revenge on CU 35-14.
Ended up playing Texass in the Rose Bowl, even though Miami ended up #2 in both polls, apparently UT was #2 in the BCS.
Also, made sure to win Crouch the Heisman, got to have some realism here. Lol
Dahrran Diedrick (RIP) was 2nd on the team in rushing yards. Wistrom and Hasselboeck led the team in receiving yards, although there wasn’t too many of those to go around, we were primarily an option team. Crouch’s passing ratings aren’t great on this game, so it was harder to pass.
Such a fun game to revisit. Back in the day, these games were a day 1 purchase in our household. Hope I can get to some more seasons, and reminisce the glory days!
