Morgan, Ozigbo among a few Huskers that have already found landing spots with NFL teams

Although no Huskers were selected in the NFL Draft for the first time in 56 years, several NU players have found a landing spot by signing free agent deals with various teams.

Senior wide receiver Stanley Morgan Jr., Nebraska’s all time leader in receptions and receiving yards, has inked a deal with the Cincinnati Bengals. Also, running back Devine Ozigbo, fresh off a 1,000 yard rushing season, tweeted out that he had a joined the New Orleans Saints.

According to Parker Gabriel of the Lincoln Journal Star, linebacker Dedrick Young is now with the Cleveland Browns and defensive back Aaron Williams is now a member of the Arizona Cardinals. Additionally, Lincoln Southeast alums Luke Gifford and Jerald Foster will be heading to the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants, respectively.

Also, offensive lineman Tanner Farmer will be holding tryouts with the Indianapolis Colts and Houston Texas soon, according to HuskerOnline.com.
