Walk-on tight end Mac Markway tore his ACL the week before the Colorado game and will miss the remainder of the season, Nebraska coach Matt Rhule announced.
Markway was an unexpected late addition to the team, bypassing transfer portal rules by enrolling at UNL as a student and joining the team the day classes began.
Markway will not use a season of eligibility. He has three remaining.
