On my last [post](https://www.reddit.com/r/Huskers/comments/jv6ola/martinez_or_mccaffrey_looking_at_the_numbers/), a few people asked about how well Frost’s teams have done between to the two halves. Mainly, do we adjust well at halftime or not. So I decided to set out in trying to answer that question. However, I feel like I still don’t have a good answer to that. My article today starts to get into some of the details of how we do between the halves but I still have more questions: how does this compare to other programs, and more importantly WHY do we have seem to have issues closing out games. On the surface at least the data show that Frost team’s have improved in the second half especially when trailing at the half. However, it seems that its too often the case that there’s no where to go but up after a bad first half performance. I’d love to hear what new questions thinking about this brings to your mind as a jumping off point for further analysis into this.
