What can be done to make the football team more attractive to great linemen?

A solid group of smart players who are absolute units to dominate the line of scrimmage is a major shortcoming in Nebraska's struggle over the last few years. Growing that foundation is arguably the most important factor in program stability.

I'm curious what coaches really key on in practice. Physicality and sheer size can't be understated, and fortunately we know the training table nutritionists and strength/conditioning culture is established. What are the things that would make a player worthy of The Pipeline?

-How do you draw in the right kind of players from a recruiting standpoint?
-What do you do at practice to develop the techniques and football IQ?
-What could be the thing to really set us apart? As in, what can Nebraska offer a lineman that no one else can?
