I have some work associates in Japan, so I wrote one to ask if they were hearing any news about Keisei. The answer was a resounding "YES", and he even said he was surprised to learn of Keisei's popularity here. This was his reply:

If you follow the link he shared, tell it to translate, and then down at the bottom read some of the local comments – they are pretty interesting. One comment referred to him winning the "threesome competition", which pings the imagination. I know it's a challenge of translation, but still amusing. But to be sure, he's getting love at home, too.
