Jordan Stevenson appreciation thread

In honor of April Fool’s day, I wanted to honor the random-est Husker football player I could think of: Jordan Stevenson.

Somewhat symbolic of the Mike Riley era as a whole, Stevenson was a highly regarded, 4 star RB on the 2015 team who, after being denied admission to Wisconsin, joined our beloved Cornhuskers.

As I recall, accounts differ on what happened. He wanted to play, the staff wanted him to redshirt. In a decision that pleased no one, he returned kicks for a few weeks before quitting the team. He transferred to a juco and, as far as I know, never played elsewhere.

Here’s to you, Jordan. Sorry it didn’t work out.
