I’ve thought this, and Sam thinks so too. Around the 7:40 mark of segment 4 he notes that Trev has taken on a lot, and looking at the entire story over the past five or six years there’s a sense of “sooner or later someone has to come into this room that at least knows what the hell they are doing and sets a culture, whether it works for Frost or not, so it sets somebody up for the future. And he’s only been there four months.”
