Huskers set Fan Day for August 1st at Memorial Stadium

On Thursday, August 1st, the Nebraska Football team will host Fan Day at Memorial Stadium. The event will last for two hours, from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Fans will have the opportunity to meet Husker players, coaches and staff ahead of the season. However due to demand, only members of the Nebraska JV team, the Husker’s official kids’ club, can line up to receive head coach Scott Frost’s autograph.

Open to all kids eighth grade and below, kids wanting to sign up for the JV team can do so starting July 1st by visiting Huskers.com/JVTeam. The autographs for coach Frost will be on a first-come, first-served basis. JV Team members are encouraged to check in at 4:30 at the Hawks Championship Center entrance.

All Nebraska players and assistant coaches will be seated where they were last year, on the west sideline of Memorial Stadium field. Husker fans are asked to limit their autograph requests to one item per player or coach.

Nebraska will begin their season against South Alabama on August 31st. Coverage of Husker football can be found on KLIN.
