Husker News: Six Football Wins? Volleyball Sweeps, and a Bear Fence

I have gotten used to writing Monday Flakes after a Husker football loss.

But this one is hard. I didn’t expect the Huskers to win, but I sure as hell did not expect…whatever that was.

At least the volleyball team is firing on all cylinders (despite what John Cook repeatedly says in his postmatch press conferences).

Now, Nebraska is a 20+ point underdog to Ohio State on yet another Big Noon Kickoff.

I think Matt Rhule will get this ship more right than either Frost or Reily could/did and Indiana is a very good team. I also had bowl eligibility as my goal for this season.

Deep breath. Six wins is progress. Deep breath. Six wins is progress.

On to Flakes…
