6-2, 220 • Sophomore • Wide receiver
In his time at Nebraska, Bonner’s talent has always been evident — but the Huskers are still trying to figure out the best way to harness it.
Recruited to NU as a wide receiver, Bonner shifted to tight end before taking over as the program’s starting fullback in 2023.
Bonner appeared in all 12 games and played 111 total snaps but only recorded four carries and one catch.
Nebraska coaches are hoping a move back to wide receiver will unlock Bonner’s big-play potential in the offense.

Thanks to his big frame, Bonner could emerge as a dependable pass-catcher this fall.
